With today’s release of Agenda for iOS, which syncs between platforms, that’s no longer an issue. The Mac and iOS versions are virtually identical in their designs, interaction models, and feature sets. I won’t repeat the details here. You can learn more about the app’s structure and design from my review of the Mac version. Instead, I want to focus on the ways I’ve begun to integrate Agenda into my work over the past week that I’ve had the beta; with an app as flexible as Agenda, concrete examples of how it can be used are more useful than a list of features.

It's easy enough to manage two or three apps. As the workday progresses, though, it's easy to have your work spread across a dozen windows and dozens more tabs. macOS's full-screen and split-screen apps help keep things tidy, and these apps make it even easier to find the app you need among the clutter.
I used to do this sort of thing in notebooks. I didn’t do anything fancy, but I kept checklists of tasks, notes from calls, details about upcoming events, and other information chronologically in one place, which made it easy to find again. Of course, with the ability to tag items and search your notes, the process is even faster.

Agenda’s iOS app took a few months of development before it debuted on the iOS App Store, but every unique feature found in the Mac app can be found in the iOS apps as well. File Attachments Delete a calendar The first workflow uses iOS URL functionality to overcome one of the biggest limitations in Things 3: note attachments. Say you have a PDF or a photo you need to attach to a task. Using Things 3 alone, you won’t be able to put the attachment directly into the task’s note. Using Bear, you can create and paste a link into your task’s note in Things 3 which links to a note with all your attachments in Bear. This way you can add text, PDFs, URLs, photos, screenshots, and written annotations to your tasks and reference them quickly and easily. Choose New > New Calendar Group. Julie Nelson #8. EzyCal Calendar (Free): Included in macOS, Apple’s option covers all the basics. It sports an attractive interface, but suffers from several usability issues.
